About Cindy

Cindy is dedicated to acting as a change agent for people who want to improve the quality of their lives.


Cindy holds a License as a Professional Counselor and is a Board Certified Coach. She has a B.S. Degree in Public and Social Services from Kennesaw State University and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Argosy University. She is the author of The Happiness Recipe, fun and inspiring tips for living happy. She also conducts workshops on happiness.

Cindy believes that there are four aspects to the human condition: the mind, body, emotion and spirit. Ideally, these aspects work harmoniously together. When an aspect of oneself becomes stressed then the whole system is taxed which creates an imbalance. If imbalance is prolonged then dis-ease can occur. The goal in session is to help others restore their own balance so that they can live healthy and productive lives. 


Using a positive psychology and holistic approach, Cindy provides a safe space so clients can meet their goals for emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Unlike traditional counseling practices, Cindy often uses coaching techniques to enhance learning and promote changes more quickly.
